Remote Support Solution
South Bay IT Pros now offers remote support options. For a fraction of the cost of an onsite tech visit we can work with you by phone where you can allow us one time remote control of your PC, with no third party software required. Rates are billed by the half hour instead of by the full hour, so charges are greatly reduced. Once the session is complete we no longer have access to your PC and control is returned to you.
